Cheesesteak Euphoria

I pride myself on being pretty darn good in the kitchen.  I make most of our meals at home and I have my "specialities" that I know I can hit a homerun with when I make them.  One meal I have never been able to master is the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich.  I can never get the meat cut the way it should be or the bread is never right.

Yesterday, I was one of several "guests" invited to the new Pepperjax Grill in Iowa City to try out their Philly.  After one bite...I found out - THEY know how to do Philly Cheesesteak!

They have a location coming to Cedar Rapids - opening soon!  After what I tasted yesterday....I WILL BE GOING BACK!
