The Insane Inflatable 5K presented by Go Daddy is coming up on June 20th and now June 21st at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. Both Brain and Courtlin will be running so we brought in fitness expert Mary Drake from Ultimate Body Shaping to show them how to properly stretch and warm up before the big race!
