Be Careful In There!

There's a lot of focus on eating this week with Thanksgiving on Thursday.  As a person who loves to cook, I feel like those who prepare the meals may not get enough "props" as they should.  Plus...as we learned this week - it can be dangerous in the kitchen!

One of my favorite TV chefs to watch, Giada De Laurentiis, had a mishap in the kitchen while cooking LIVE over the weekend on Food Network.  While cutting a turkey, she sliced her finger wide open and actually had to leave the set to get stitches.  In true, tough chef fashion, she did return to the show after they sewed her up.  But let this be a lesson to both you chefs who will be spending time in the kitchen...and those of you who won't be in the kitchen, but will be doing nothing but eating.  IT CAN BE DANGEROUS IN THERE!
