A Peek Into The Steele House As They Prepare For The First Sunday In The NFL

It's what some call the greatest day of the year.  The first Sunday of the NFL season, for me anyway, does have kind of a magical feel to it.  Every team still has that possibility of a championship.  There is so much un-known that we, as fans, get to start to learn as the season plays out.

In the Steele house yesterday, it was an opening NFL Sunday like always.
Chili was cooking in  the pot all day, our two boys - Bubba and Budah - came out of hibernation ready to TD dance every chance they had during the Bears game.  Plus, Misty unveiled her new Bears jersey for 2014 - OL Kyle Long.  (You know you've GOTTA be a fan if your wearing an interior offensive lineman's jersey.)  As we sat and watched the game, the tension mounted and ended with a Bears loss.  I think Misty took it harder than I did - which is just fine - in fact it's pretty freakin' cool.
