98.1 KHAK First Responder Friday Honors Steve Lansing

Each Friday morning at 6:30 a.m., 98.1 KHAK's Brain & Courtlin pay tribute to an Eastern Iowa first responder. The weekly honoree receives a $25 gift card to Wild Hogs Saloon and Eatery in Walford and a $25 gift card to Honor and Respect.

Today we honor Steve Lansing, who was nominated anonymously! The entry reads:

"Steve has been a member of the Dyersville Fire Department since 2007. He has worked his way up to being the Emergency Management Director for Dyersville. He is in charge of all storms/flood situations. He does this in a very calm manner and handles them great. He is also a member of Bi-County Ambulance."
