It's almost time for Luke Bryan to make his only stop in Eastern Iowa in 2016 and I'm just as ready as you are. Going into any concert, I'm always anxious to hear and see certain songs live. This weekend, these are my top five!

5. Drunk on You

Hands down my favorite moment of Luke's last visit to Cedar Falls, this song had just been released when he last played the UNI-Dome. I liked the song until I heard him do it live. I had one of those WOW moments when he hit the chorus. There was just something special seeing and hearing the reaction to, "Girl you make my speakers go boom boom." In my opinion, Luke stole the show that night, even though Jason Aldean was the headliner. "Drunk on You" would be number one by summertime. Fitting, huh?

4. Strip It Down

I've never seen Luke do this one live before and though it's a great song, the best part may be watching what concertgoers are doing around me when he sings it. I'm sure there will be a LOT of slow dancing. Hopefully, that'll be it...

3. Drink a Beer

I always loved this song, and then I saw him perform it at the Great Jones County Fair. It was one of the most powerful moments I've seen live. Luke has been through so much heartache in his life, with the loss of both siblings, this song is especially poignant when he sings it.

2. Play It Again

Believe it or not, it's been nearly two years since this song went to number one... his fourth straight from the Crash My Party album. At the time, it was his eighth consecutive number one song. I don't love this one just because he mentions a deejay, either. Though it doesn't hurt. Luke's string of number one songs now stands at 13, thanks to the #1 song on my list. Drum roll, please...

1. Home Alone Tonight

I can already hear somewhere in the neighborhood of 20,000 people erupt when Karen Fairchild returns to the stage to join Luke for this multi-week number one. There's no official video for this song, which I think makes the anticipation of seeing them perform it live even better. Until then, this is what we've got:

There's still a few tickets left for Saturday night. It will be thee place to be in Eastern Iowa Saturday night. Cedar Falls is ready for the return of Luke Bryan, and so am I! What song would you put on the list that I didn't include?
