Zoey Is Our Furry Friday Unicorn!

You hear the term unicorn tossed around from time to time. We're using it again this week to talk about our Furry Friday dog Zoey. She is a sweetheart of a dog and the reason she is a unicorn is, she gets along with everyone! She is currently at Last Hope Animal Shelter in Cedar Rapids and would love to come stay with you in her new forever home.

Zoey is a Jack Russell/Rat Terrier mix with big ears that are always at attention. She is around nine years old so she is right on the edge of being a senior citizen. But make no mistake about it, she still loves to play! In fact, if you get her favorite toy out, a tennis ball, you'll be playing fetch for quite some time! But back to what makes Zoey our unicorn this week. Zoey gets along with other dogs, people, and yes...even cats! She literally loves everyone!

Zoey would love to go to a nice home with a fenced in back yard. Like we said, kids and other pets aren't an issue, just as long as they know to occasionally give this girl her space. She's earned it after all! Plus, she's the perfect size! Not too big for a smaller house too!
