White Claw is Releasing Two Stronger Hard Seltzers
"Ain't no laws when you're drinking claws!"
Ok, we all know that's not true, but it's still a pretty fun slogan!
I want to start by declaring my love for White Claw. Beer makes me bloated, cider gets too sweet after a while, and wine makes me sleepy, but White Claw is always perfect. It's light, it's bubbly... it really is the best summer beverage, in my opinion.
If you're a White Claw fan, your summer is about to get even better! White Claw has announced a new line of even harder seltzers called Surge. According to CNN, the Surge beverages are bigger AND contain more alcohol. The 16-ounce cans have 8% alcohol by volume, compared to the 5% alcohol by volume that the original 12-ounce cans have. The two available flavors are Blood Orange and Cranberry.
But, those aren't the only new types of White Claw on the way! The company also recently revealed three new flavors: Strawberry, Blackberry, and Pineapple.
Oh, and did we mention the new of White Claw Hard Seltzer Iced Tea? Because those are a new release, too. The four flavors available include Peach, Lemon, Raspberry, and Mango.
Not surprisingly, White Claw is not the only line of hard seltzers trying to spice things up for the summer. Earlier this year, Truly also released a couple of stronger hard seltzers called Truly Extra, which come in Peach Mango and Black Raspberry flavors. And, they too have a line of hard iced tea.
That's in addition to their new Truly Punch Hard Seltzers (Tropical, Berry, Citrus, and Fruit Punch), which are set to arrive in May, and the Truly Lemonade flavors.
There's no shortage of new hard seltzers for you to try this summer! Let us know your favorite in the comments.
