We Gave Away a Motorcycle Last Night at McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson [PHOTOS]

A little (or a lot) of rain couldn't stop us!

Last night was the final McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson Bike Night of the year, and we had a big old party at their new store down in Coralville. The event went from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., so we all REALLY thought we were going to get out of there just before the storm was scheduled to hit. We were wrong.

Last night's storms ended up rolling in a little bit early, which didn't go well with our big bike giveaway that was scheduled to happen at 8:30 p.m. At about 8:20, the sky pretty much exploded. You know what, though? Even thunder and sideways rain couldn't stop us from giving away that bike! All of the key-holders stuck it out and lined up outside for their chance to start the motorcycle, and it was a moment that none of them will soon forget. One lucky lady ended up with the winning key, and then we all booked it inside for a few photo ops. Congratulations again to Bug Spoke, our big winner of the evening!

It's been a great summer of bike nights, and we can't wait to do it again next year!
