Warning: Adorable Video Ahead; I Swear This Porcupine Speaks English

Last night, Julie introduced me to this cute little fella.  Thankfully she didn't introduce me in person, but via my laptop.  Listen closely in these videos and tell me if I'm crazy, because I swear "Teddy" is speaking English. He's extremely cute, but video is as close as I want to get. I'm not interested in a close-up with his quills.
