Beautiful Iowa Home Holds Hidden Luxury Within Its Walls [PHOTOS]
If you're lucky enough to have your own home built, you should always make it your own. After all, it's about you and what you love, right? The owner of this Iowa home took that to heart one hundred percent.
The central Iowa home above is creating quite a stir because of what's inside the front door. While what's there is not unusual at all, how you see it certainly is.
Let's start with some of the nuts and bolts of the house. Built by Tanzanite Homes in 2020, it's a two-story four-bedroom, 3-bath home. Sitting on just under a quarter-acre, it has a fenced-in yard with an in-ground pool.
Also on the backside of the home is a large covered patio with an adjacent fire pit area. In the basement is an amazing home theater room. All of that is beautiful, as you can see in the photos at the bottom of this story, but what's inside the front door is mind-blowing.
Before I show you the incredibly unique garage, let's begin with one of the vehicles that call it home. One of the cars, that (obviously) doesn't come with the house, is this Lamborghini Huracán (below). While I'm not sure of the year of this beauty, a 2023 Huracán starts at $275,000.
Ok, now for the garage and the rest of its contents. Walk inside the home and just to your left are giant windows that showcase an incredible, finished garage. I don't know if the new owner will have quite the collection of cars to display as the current one.
The other two cars in the garage are a pink Rolls Royce, that undoubtedly cost several hundred thousand dollars...
and a Lamborghini Urus... starting price for a 2023 is $230,000.
When you adore cars as these homeowners do, you want to be able to enjoy them all the time. Besides, I'd like to make sure these precious vehicles are safe as often as possible. They're easily priced more than this home in Urbandale, which is listed at $500,000.
