U.S. Government Recommendations on Staying Safe From Coronavirus
This week, as the Coronavirus' impact on the United States continues to deepen, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released ways to keep safe from the virus, in a variety of situations.
In the CDC guidelines, at home, it's suggested you clean your hands at the door, as well as regularly while inside. You'll notice that recommendation repeated multiple times in the suggestions. At home, disinfecting surfaces we touch regularly are also among the suggestions:
For schools, many of the items are the same. Stop handshaking is shown here first but is repeated. Food handling and sharing is also a concern.
In the workplace, the good hygiene items mirror those for schools.
Finally, the guidelines suggested for businesses. Those include avoiding the handling of cash and booking and scheduling to stagger the flow of customers.
Stay safe everyone. We're all in this together.
