We're extremely fortunate to have a successful junior hockey team in Cedar Rapids with some of the best coaches and players in the business, that also do a lot of outreach for the community.

If your kids ever wanted to "try hockey free", they can do it at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena, this weekend. It's part of Play Hockey Month and the RoughRiders, along with the Corridor Hockey Association are putting on two clinics, this Saturday, November 10th, from 11 a.m.-noon and 12:30-1:30 p.m. Local youth, aged 4-9 are encouraged to participate. It's safe, it's fun and best of all, it's FREE.

Equipment will be provided but participants are encouraged to bring a bicycle helmet and winter gloves.

Visit this link on the RoughRiders website for details and to register.
