Palo Fun Days kicks off Friday night at 5:30 and continues through the 9 p.m. Saturday night fireworks, which follows a Jake McVey concert.

Fans are invited to wear their favorite Hawkeye gear and the Kernels will also be wearing special Iowa Hawkeye jerseys that will be sold during a silent auction.
Tickets range from $8 to $12.
