The hosts of NBC's Today Show went country this Halloween, and they were joined by some of the real-life stars they portrayed!

Matt Lauer, Carson Daly, Megyn Kelly, Al Roker, Hoda Kotb, Kathie Lee Gifford and Savannah Guthrie dressed up in elaborate costumes on Tuesday morning's (Oct. 31) broadcast, and the results are hilarious. Lauer dressed as Dolly Parton, Daly opted for a '90s-era Billy Ray Cyrus, and Kotb got decked out as her favorite country star, Blake Shelton. Gifford looked great as Miley Cyrus, and Kelly rocked a classic Shania Twain outfit, while Roker donned braids for a Willie Nelson costume and Guthrie dressed as Kenny Rogers.

Lauer got some tips from the real Dolly Parton, who brought along a pink suitcase full of wigs and other accessories. "Walk a mile in my shoes and you'll never walk again," Parton quipped as she gave Lauer her high-heeled shoes.

Shelton was also on hand with Kotb, who is a very devoted fan of his in real life.

"She's got a cutout of you in her office, she's got a dog named Blake, and now she's dressing like you," Guthrie told Shelton, who replied, "Look, I'm loving her more every day."

"It's not called stalking until you get arrested," Kotb chimed in.

Billy Ray Cyrus also showed up to surprise Daly, who chose Billy Ray's iconic long-haired look from around the time of his career-making single, "Achy Breaky Heart."
