The Iowa City Police Department has arrested a man in connection with an incident that had left residents of one Iowa City neighborhood on edge.

An Iowa City woman says her home was invaded early Saturday and that she was sexually assaulted. People don't believe she knows the man who did it.

He's been charged with forcing a woman to perform a sex act, inside a restaurant bathroom.
