Music On The River

We can't believe it's been well over a week since the 5k Rave Run went down.  Thanks to all those who joined us for this one last summer celebration, raising money for the Cedar Rapids Parks and Rec Youth Scholarship Program.  We could tell you had a ton of fun, and all for a great cause.  And just to let you know...

We had a blast running, walking, and raving with everyone! DJ Dave A set the mood as runners arrived and got ready to hit the course.

The skies over Cedar Rapids are gloomy this morning and we are expecting scattered showers throughout the day. This should all clear up in time for the 5k Rave Run tonight at the McGrath Amphitheater.

It's almost here!  Saturday night is the big Cedar Rapids party, the 5K Rave Run and concert featuring DJ Dave.  There's still time for you to sign up, too.  You can do it now here.  You can also come

I was given the chance to join Joy Howe on Fox 28 this morning to talk all about the 5k Rave Run coming up Saturday.  (You have heard about it, right?)  But being a radio guy, and a little nuts, and also up way earlier than I'd like, well, you might say I got a bit goofy.
