Surveillance Video Shows Early Morning Fire Starting At Chrome Horse Saloon; Cedar Rapids Fire Department Determines Cause [VIDEO]
Following an investigation, the Cedar Rapids Fire Department has determined that this morning's fire at the Chrome Horse Saloon and Slop House (1202 3rd Street SE) was caused by spontaneous combustion.
