A Popular Eastern Iowa Cafe Will Open Its 4th Location This Month

Get ready for more smoothies, wraps, and salads... Stack Wellness Cafe is getting ready to open another location here in the Corridor!

Stack Wellness Cafe used to be known as Nutrisport, but the business underwent some big changes in August 2024, including the name. Both the Downtown Cedar Rapids location at 223 2nd St SE and the 341 Edgewood Rd NW location made the transformation, and then the brand began expanding! Back in December, a brand new Stack location opened in Coralville at 3266 Crosspark Rd. I was at the official grand opening celebration for the new cafe back in February, as was Iowa Hawkeye Women's Basketball star Hannah Stuelke!

I'm happy to report that Stack Wellness Cafe is preparing to open a fourth Corridor location this month, this time on the Northeast side of Cedar Rapids. It will be in the Fountains at 5500 Fountains Drive NE, right next to HOTWORX.

The new Stack Wellness Cafe will begin welcoming customers on Monday, April 14th, but the official grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, April 26th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Vendor booths will be there at noon handing out swag bags and coupons, there will be raffles for prizes like Lululemon gift cards and free smoothies for a year, and I (Courtlin) will be there with KHAK doing a live broadcast from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The biggest highlight of the grand opening, though, is an appearance from the great Hannah Stuelke! She will be on-hand for photos and autographs from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. You can get more details on the celebration HERE.

I find myself at the Downtown Stack Wellness Cafe at least twice a week. Not only is it dangerously close to the radio station, but I LOVE the Medi Rice Bowl and the Peach Fusion Smoothie. I never get sick of them!
