Shots Fired In Cedar Rapids

According to CRPD, officers are investigating a report of shots fired on the SW side of Cedar Rapids. The incident happened at the Cedar Valley Townhomes, located at 3000 J Street SW.

Officers are investigating and currently still on the scene. The police report noted that empty shell cases have been found in the northern area of the apartment complex. At this time no suspects are in custody.
