Santa’s North Pole Home and Workshop Valued at $765,000
If Santa Claus sold his house, he wouldn't be able to afford a one-bedroom apartment in San Francisco. Although I can't see him living in the city anyway.
Zillow estimated the value of Santa's three-bedroom, two bathroom log cabin and toy workshop to be $764,389. The buildings sit on a 25 acre lot and include an elf village, reindeer stables, and sleigh parking garage.
While the estimate seems low due to the remote North Pole location, it's actually high for the area. The property could go for a higher price because it's associated with Santa.
