Later this year I will turn 40.  The big 4-0.  No, that number doesn't scare me.  In fact, in some strange way I look forward to being 40.  But reaching a milestone age, puts things in perspective.  I needed to get into better shape.  Loose a few pounds and do it the right way.  

Enter Health Source Chiropractic and Progressive Wellness.  They presented me with a plan that includes chiropractic adjustments, massage, exercise and diet.  No pills, no frills.  So I jumped on board.  I'm on my second week of adjustments and just began my first week on the diet plan.

I'll be honest, the diet is tough.  I'm a big guy and love food.  This is a low calorie diet, and many of my favorite things are no longer an option.  At listener lunch this week, I ordered a salad, while everyone else had pasta and bread.  And I only ate half of the salad!  I was proud of myself....and unfortunately, still hungry.
