According to KWWL, "Officials say a UPS cargo plane made an emergency landing in Cedar Rapids on Wednesday morning."

The story indicates there was smoke in the cockpit that caused the aircraft to make the emergency landing. The plane landed safely and there were no major injuries to report at this time. The crew from the plane were treated at a local hospital.

The aircraft was traveling from Rockford, Illinois to St. Louis, Missouri. The plane was successfully diverted to Cedar Rapids and made an emergency landing at the Eastern Iowa Airport.
