Our Newest KHAK ‘Teacher of the Week’ Comes From Manchester

After a week off for the Thanksgiving holiday, we are back this week with our KHAK 'Teacher of the Week' award!

Congratulations to Lisa Hoefer of the West Delaware Community School District in Manchester! Lisa is a 2nd-grade teacher at Lambert Elementary School and was nominated to be 'Teacher of the Week' by Shelley Chapman. This is her entry:

"Lisa goes above and beyond with her 2nd-grade class. She is a very dedicated teacher and cares about the motivations and happiness of each one of her students."

For being such a wonderful teacher, Lisa will be receiving gift cards from Half Price Books in Cedar Rapids and Wild Hogs Saloon & Eatery in Walford.
