One person was killed and another injured when an all-terrain vehicle went out of control in Delaware County.

Authorities identified the victim as 32-year-old Jordan Cabalka of Edgewood. The Iowa State Patrol said Cabalka was a passenger on the ATV, which was driven by 25-year-old Hanna Koloc of Edgewood.

According to an accident report, Koloc failed to negotiate a curve and lost control of the ATV while traveling east on Woods Edge Drive in the city of Edgewood. Koloc and Cabalka were both thrown from the ATV when it rolled.

The accident happened Sunday just before 8 PM.

Multiple agencies assisted the Iowa State Patrol at the scene.
