Actor John Cusack has appeared in some great films during his acting career. Movies like 'Stand By Me', 'Grosse Point Blank', and the iconic 'Say Anything'. The Hollywood star is touring the nation for special screenings of some of his biggest films, including a stop in Iowa this August!

What Film Will John Cusack Be Talking About in Iowa?

The Des Moines Register reports that John Cusack will be at Vibrant Music Hall in Waukee, Iowa, on August 7th, at 7:30 p.m. That night, there will be a special screening of my favorite John Cusack film. A movie about love, music, mix tapes, and vinyl: that movie is 'High Fidelity'.

What is 'High Fidelity'?

The Register points out that the film recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. 'High Fidelity' is set in a record store in Chicago and stars Cusack, Jack Black, Tim Robbins, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and more. The movie focuses on Cusack and his failed relationships, but also features great scenes involving mix tapes, the music industry, and, of course, vinyl records.

The soundtrack is epic, featuring 57 songs from artists like Elvis Costello, Marvin Gaye, The Kinks, and the Velvet Underground.
