Comedian and Late-Night Host Shouts Out Iconic Iowa Store

A comedian who is rapidly growing in popularity will be coming to Iowa in the fall.

Taylor Tomlinson has quickly become a major name in the world of stand-up comedy. She released three Netflix comedy specials: Quarter-Life Crisis (2020), Look At You (2022) and Have It All (2024) all by the age of thirty.

In November of 2023, it was announced that Tomlinson would be taking over the timeslot that was left empty by James Corden on CBS with her own late-night show.

The show Taylor hosts 'After Midnight' is a bit different from typical late-night programming. Instead of a talk show, this is a panel show that features comedians/actors reacting to internet/pop culture trends.

The show premiered on January 17th of this year.

Now, she's going back on the road this fall to embark on her latest comedy tour; the Save Me Tour.

Tomlinson will be performing two shows in the Hawkeye State in October. She will be at the Des Moines Civic Center on Friday, October 11th and Saturday October 12th.

After announcing the dates, Taylor made a video on Tik Tok explaining why she was excited to visit each individual city on her upcoming tour.

What Did She Say About Iowa?

In the Tik Tok she posted, Tomlinson said Des Moines had, "...some of the best crowds I've ever had."

AND she loves going to visit RAYGUN.

Honestly...us too, Taylor.

Check out the video that Tomlinson made down below!
