If you ever suggest nachos, tacos, or burritos for lunch/dinner, and you're with someone who declines that suggestion...toss them out of the friend group. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

One of the most popular Mexican food spots across the country is Chipotle. Whether you are a fan of their quesadillas, burrito bowls, salads, or tacos, it's a Mexican Grill everyone should try at least once.

One of the most popular menu items at Chipotle is their burritos. Not only do they taste great but they are absolutely huge. I've always wondered how they are able to even roll these monsters. Most people only really need to eat half and then can save the rest for leftovers. Chipotle leftovers are some of the best leftovers by the way.

The popular Mexican Grill wants to hook you up big during the NBA finals this season, which start tonight at 7:30 (June-1). During the games between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets, fans want to see as many 3-pointers as possible. With every 3-pointer made during the series, Chipotle is giving away free burritos.

How To Get A Free Burrito

First, you'll need to pay attention to Chipotle's Twitter account. Every time someone hits a 3-pointer, they're going to tweet out a text-to-win code. The first 300 fans to text the code to the number 888-222 will win a free burrito. There is a limit of 10,500 entrees per game, so you'll want to jump on the opportunity as fast as you can.

This contest will take place during every game of the NBA finals so if you miss a game or two, you still have the chance to jump on receiving your free burrito.

According to USA Today, if we took a trip down memory lane, back to 1979, if Chipotle would've held this #ChipotleFREEPointer contest, they would've given out zero burritos. The 3-point line hadn't been added to the NBA yet.

This isn't the first time Chipotle has had some kind of free burrito giveaway. I remember back in my high school days, Chipotle had this deal on the last day of school that if you showed up wearing any kind of tinfoil, you'd receive a free burrito. Most people just taped a small square to their shirt but some people went all out.

I remember seeing a tin-man outfit, others were dressed up like robots, and some people made sweaters for their dogs. It was pretty fun. Chipotle will always have a special place in my heart for that day. Enjoy your free burritos!
