Hair Clips Sold by Amazon Recalled
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for approximately 3,800 Dlesot Snap Hair Clips, sold by online giant Amazon, due to a lead poisoning hazard.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the clips, keep them away from children.
The painted clips, which you can view here, contain levels of lead that are over levels allowed by the federal lead paint ban.
The recalled clips were sold only on Amazon between April 2024 through September 2024 for around $10.
What to Do if You Purchased the Hair Clips
You should immediately stop using the clips and contact YFLGOTOO, the manufacturer.
Amazon is also contacting all known purchasers directly.
The recall, issued May 1, includes packaging labeled:
- FNSKU
- X00RCTBRH
- Made in China
Consumers will need to provide a picture of the disposal of the hair clips to receive a refund.
Fortunately, there have been no health issues related to the recalled product at this time.
