Cedar Rapids police investigator Sarah Lacina is no stranger to tough competition. She has competed three times on CBS Survivor, winning in 2018. She'll now join a group of other "Survivor" alum along with a cast of all-stars from "Big Brother", "Love Island" and "The Amazing Race" on this summer's "The Challenge: USA".

According to Iowa's News Now, Lacina has been a three-time contestant on the hit reality series, "Survivor", winning it all in Season 34 while later competing alongside fellow Cedar Rapidian and Season 25 champ Denise Stapley.

According to Deadline, "The Challenge: USA" is a spinoff of the long-running MTV series, "The Challenge". The object of the game is for contestants to start with $1,000 toward their individual challenge account. They will then compete to win challenges and eliminate each other to keep growing that amount. At stake are a $500,000 grand prize and a chance to compete on a global edition of "The Challenge" that will stream exclusively on Paramount. The full list of competitors can be found HERE.

CBS will air the first episode of "The Challenge: the USA" at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 6th. Following the 90-minute premiere episode, the show will air Wednesdays at 8.
