The Iowa women's basketball team will again be hosting postseason action inside Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Iowa, 19-13 on the season will play host to Ball State Thursday night at 7. The Cardinals are 21-9 on the season and finished 2nd in the Western Division of the Mid-American Conference during the regular season. The winner will play the winner of the St. Louis/Little Rock game, which is also played Thursday evening.

This marks the 15th time in Lisa Bluder's 16 years at Iowa that the Hawkeyes have earned a berth in a postseason tournament. Iowa is 7-2 all-time in the WNIT and has never lost a WNIT tournament game played in Iowa City, where the Hawks are 3-0.
