Help Feed Local Families Saturday

Saturday, May 9th is "Stamp Out Hunger Day" in Eastern Iowa and here's how you can help.

You simply fill a bag with food and set it next to your mailbox Saturday morning and your letter carrier will pick it up and deliver it to a local food bank or pantry. Clean your shelves a bit and stock the shelves of local food pantries and help feed area families. It's a simple way to help others and literally only requires an extra walk to your mailbox.
