A former University of Iowa football player is facing multiple drug charges stemming from an incident in downtown Iowa City in April.

According to CBS2, the incident happened on April 27th outside a bar in Iowa City. The official police report, says 31-year-old Lance Tillison was threatening a patron outside of Bo James. Police were called to the scene and Tillison was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Tillison was a member of the Iowa football team from 2006-2010. He was an Iowa linebacker (#50 in the photo below)

When Tillison was searched, police found 60 tablets of LSD. The acid was packaged in separate bags. Officers also found 29 green tablets that were identified as Xanax.

Lance Tillison is now in a lot of trouble. He's looking at substance violations as well as two counts of failure to have a drug stamp.
