Fans Celebrate Maddie Poppe’s 21st Birthday [VIDEO]

Today is a big day for Maddie Poppe! The American Idol winner and Iowa native turns 21-years-old!

It's no secret that we're HUGE fans of Maddie Poppe here at the radio station, but we're certainly not the only ones! Today is Maddie's 21st birthday, and it sounds like she's already having an amazing day celebrating here in Iowa. According to her most recent Facebook post, her boyfriend/Idol runner-up Caleb Lee Hutchinson surprised her by flying out to Iowa. Aren't they just the cutest?!

On top of that lovely surprise, one of Maddie's fans LaTeasha Brost put together a 6-minute compilation video of a bunch of happy birthday wishes from her biggest supporters. We have to admit that we're jealous we didn't know about it ahead of time, but it's still so darn sweet! Maddie seems to be touched by the video, too. The Facebook post reads:

"I LOVE YOU GUYS AND EVERYONE WHO TOOK PART IN THIS WOW. THANK YOU. THIS IS THE SWEETEST THING IVE EVER WATCHED ❤️❤️ "
