Join Brain from the Last Hope Animal Rescue Wag-O-Ween (event from 1 to 4 p.m.)! There's a costume contest, bounce house, adoptable cats and dogs, pumpkin decorating, balloon animals, and more!
Adults get free beer tasting with admission, courtesy of Cedar Rapids Brewing Society.
Admission $5 for kids and $10 for adults. Tickets available at the door.
