Additional Information

This event is a fundraiser for the family of Grayson Schminke. Grayson is a two-year-old who was diagnosed with a rare, genetic neurometabolic disorder that impacts the brain and nervous system. It's known as Late Infantile Metachromatic Leukodystrophy (MLD). This disease is fatal with a life expectancy of 7-10 years. Grayson's parents, Dion and Kristin, have had their world turned upside down.

There is no cure for MLD and it progresses very rapidly and painfully. Grayson will most likely be wheelchair-bound and dependent on a feeding tube soon. All they can do is manage his symptoms while giving him the best life possible.

The Schminke's will face numerous medical expenses with the necessary modifications to their home and vehicles. The event to raise funds will feature food, a live auction, live band (Two Buck Chuck) and more! The cost is $25 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under.
