Easy Things You Just Can’t Do

Unless you're some sort of wizard, there's a good chance that you're not good at everything. What's something that's seemingly easy for everyone else, but you just can't seem to master it?

Last night I was painfully reminded of my terrible egg-flipping skills. My favorite way to eat eggs is over-easy, but I just can't seem to master the "over-easy" part. I break the yolk almost EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's so frustrating! I've tried cooking it at different temperatures, letting it cook for longer amounts of time, placing the eggs in different parts of the pan, using different spatulas and techniques... nothing works for me! I'm just not meant to eat delicious eggs.
