Eastern Iowans Show Off Their Stunning Christmas Trees [GALLERY]

Tis the season!

My Christmas tree is very special to me. Well, not so much the tree, but the ornaments on it. Since the year I was born, my mom has been buying me ornaments for Christmas. When I was really young she would pick them out herself, but as I got older, she would let me choose my own. When I moved out as an adult, all those ornaments I had collected throughout my life came with me, and I've have since collected a LOT more. My tree is filled with childhood memories, mementos from trips that I've taken, characters from my favorite TV shows, my favorite foods, and so, so much more. It's a story of my life, just like my mom's tree is for her. She literally doesn't have enough branches on her tree for all of her ornaments! It's a tradition I hope to carry on forever.

This week, we asked listeners on Facebook to share photos of their Christmas trees with us. It's amazing to see just how different everybody's trees are! We couldn't agree more with Facebook user Natalie Miller Jenn, who wrote in the comments:
