The Old West is on its way to Iowa thanks to a new restaurant that promises an "eclectic atmosphere, killer food, and bar fight drink." What's outside might be even more amazing.

The new restaurant opened its first location 10 years ago this month. A second opened earlier this month with two more on the way. One of those will be in the state of Iowa.

Doc Holliday's Roadhouse, named after the famous Old West gunman and gambler who fought with former Iowan Wyatt Earp at the O.K. Corral, is moving into this Iowa spot:

Previously the home of Jethro's BBQ, the Des Moines Register reports the restaurant at 3100 Forest Avenue in Des Moines will become the third or fourth location for Doc Holliday's Roadhouse.

The first Doc Holliday's Roadhouse opened in Williston, North Dakota in June of 2013. A location in Galveston, Texas opened earlier this month. The newly announced restaurants will be in Des Moines, and Billings, Montana.

Outside the Doc Holliday's Roadhouse in North Dakota are a number of statues that have been erected since the restaurant's opening. See the photos below. The location that just opened in Texas also has some statues, so we believe the Des Moines one will as well.

Below is what the inside of the original location in North Dakota looks like. I love the cowboy boots.

What's that leave? The food of course. Doc Holliday's Roadhouse offers everything from appetizers to sales, sandwiches, burgers, and steaks. And desserts, of course.

The dessert below is called B.A.D. (Big Awesome Dessert). That bad boy has six scoops of vanilla and chocolate ice cream, a house-made brownie, ice cream sandwiches, three sauces (chocolate, caramel, and strawberry), along with wafers, whipped cream, and a cherry. In this case, nothing may be as good as the B.A.D.

The menu for Doc Holliday's Roadhouse in North Dakota also has shrimp, walleye, chicken, a pork chop, and six different steaks.

There's no word on when the Des Moines restaurant will open. The company's website simply says "coming soon." We'll keep you up to date.
