A blind woman is reportedly suing Zac Brown of the Zac Brown Band and Live Nation Entertainment after an incident at an August 2015 concert in Boston, which she says left her no longer to able to use her arm.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Karen Perry was seated in a section for disabled persons, but fans stormed the area when the singer came down to shake hands with the crowd. Security stepped in, but their attempt to lift the metal gate caused it to lodge into Perry’s arm pit. Outlets like the Wrap report that Perry says she suffered neurological, muscular and orthopedic injuries.

She’s seeking $75,000, saying that she can no longer use her arm to hold her white cane. Her personal injury and negligence suit claims Brown’s “known propensity for going into the crowd” should have been better addressed ahead of time by security.

The Boston show took place at Fenway Park last summer. The show was part of a historic three-show run of sellouts at the baseball stadium. Zac Brown Band only have a smattering of festival dates on their official webpage, including festival shows like Country Jam in Grand Junction, Colo. “Beautiful Drug” is the current single from the Jekyll + Hyde album.
