Cedar Rapids Restaurant is in Full ‘Bloom’ With Spring Decorations

Remember when a bunch of Iowa restaurants went all out with Christmas decor for holiday pop-ups in November and December? Well, one Cedar Rapids restaurant has kept the holiday celebrations going!

Czech Town Station's Holiday Pop-Ups

Back in late 2025, Czech Town Station in Cedar Rapids' Czech Village transformed into 'Christmas Town Station,' complete with lights, ornaments, snowflakes, wrapping paper, and even a special holiday menu. I was able to visit one Sunday morning, and the holiday vibes were immaculate!

Then, in early February, Czech Town Station decided to keep the holiday fun going with 'Love Town Station,' a new Valentine's Day pop-up! They traded out the Christmas decor and menu for lots of hearts, roses, and romance-themed beverages. We tried to go for lunch on the afternoon of Valentine's Day, but (not surprisingly) the line was out the door!

Bloom Town Station

At the end of February, Czech Town Station announced that Love Town Station was coming to an end, but then revealed that the holiday fun wasn't over! On March 4th, the restaurant announced their latest pop-up, Bloom Town Station.

As you can imagine, Bloom Town Station is all about spring and Easter. The interior of the restaurant is packed with fake flowers, colorful lights, pastels, and bunnies. Regardless of March and April's unpredictable weather here in the Midwest, Bloom Town Station is bringing all the spring vibes.

Since today (March 20th) is the first day of spring, my guess is that Bloom Town Station will be around until at least the end of April. Will Czech Town Station continue the holiday fun for the summer months? We will have to wait and see!

Czech Town Station, aka Bloom Town Station, is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can check out the business' Facebook page HERE.
