Saturday night I watched another movie from my list of New Year's Resolution movies. Going with the trend of what's available on Netflix, I decided on an older flick. I've been yelled at SO many times for not seeing this, Audrey Hepburn's 1961 classic: Breakfast at Tiffany's.

First off, let me say, I can definitely appreciate the movie. I see why it's a classic... BUT, I also thought it was pretty cheesy. I'm not big into romance movies. But, with that being said, I really liked that it wasn't entirely predictable and I like that HOLLY was the one in charge of her relationships. For a large portion of the movie, I honestly had no idea who she woud end up with, because she's such a screwed up individual. I believe I referred to her as, "the original gold digger." I love Audrey Hepburn, though. She is so stunning and adorable, it's kind of impossible to not enjoy the movie. My favorite quote would have to be: "You musn’t give your heart to a wild thing. The more you do, the stronger they get, until they’re strong enough to run into the woods or fly into a tree. And then to a higher tree…”

I did feel really bad for Cat in the end of the movie, though. I was more concerned about him getting rescued than I was about anything else! :)
