Courtlin Gets Emotional After Finishing a TV Show

Have you ever watched a TV show that made you cry like a giant baby?

Last night, I FINALLY finished a TV show that I started binge-watching years ago: AMC's Mad Men. When Mad Men first came to Netflix, a few friends suggested that I watch it. I got really into the show, but at the time that I finished all the episodes available on Netflix, the show was not yet complete. There were still two seasons left to air, so I kind of forgot about it. A few weekends ago, I decided to refresh myself on the show and finish the final two seasons. I've been obsessively watching ever since.

Yesterday I finished the final three episodes, and I bawled my freakin' eyes out. Seriously. I not only cried because the end of the show left a big hole in my heart, but also because the final episode was so sad and so happy and so real. I continued to sob for like a half an hour after it was over, until I realized that it was just a TV show and that I needed to get my life together.

Mad Men isn't the first show to make me highly over-emotional, though. Shows like Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, How I Met Your Mother, and Shameless have all left me a blubbering mess at one time or another.
