‘World’s Most Sophisticated Golf Simulator’ Now in Cedar Rapids

Cedar Rapids has welcomed a fast-growing business that boasts it has "the most innovative and accurate golf simulator in the world". All the statistics their simulators track is very impressive.

The company behind it all is X-Golf. In addition to multiple simulators at each location, they offer a full bar and restaurant. X-Golf now has more than 80 locations open with many more on the way, across 32 states. There are now two locations in Iowa with a third confirmed.

X-Golf opened its first Iowa location earlier this year in West Des Moines.

In Cedar Rapids, X-Golf is now open in a space of more than 8,300 square feet of a building on the city's northeast side. It's located in the Edgewood Town Centre, in front of the Fleet Farm store. Although already open, X-Golf is hosting its Cedar Rapids grand opening on Friday, June 30.

The Cedar Rapids location has an outdoor patio adjacent to the building.

According to the Corridor Business Journal, X-Golf will be coming to 211 E. Ninth Street, in the Iowa River Landing. There's no word on when that location will open.
