Cedar Rapids Will be Home to Restaurant’s Second Iowa Location

The sign says it all. Biryani is coming to a new restaurant in northeast Cedar Rapids known as Paradise Biryani Pointe.

Biryani, the popular Indian dish that features mixed rice, meat, vegetables, and sometimes eggs is a popular Indian dish that will definitely be on the menu at the new Cedar Rapids restaurant.

The restaurant will be located in the Fountains development in northeast Cedar Rapids, at the corner of Blairs Ferry and Edgewood Road. This marks the third time the sign above has been changed. It first read "Tanner's Bar  & Grill" and, for a short time, "Drizzy's Bar & Grill."

This will be the second Paradise Biryani Pointe location in Iowa. The first is in West Des Moines. Their menu features a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices with prices ranging from $5.99 to $14.99.

No word yet on when the Cedar Rapids location will open its doors, but we'll let you know.
