Cedar Rapids Will Welcome a Sweet Business For Two Days This Week

If you have a sweet tooth and a love of donuts, you need to know about a business in Cedar Rapids this week, but only for two days.

Sugar Addicts Mini Donuts is in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 21 and 22. According to their Facebook page, "Our mini donut food truck is more than just a place to grab something sweet. Sugar Addicts Mini Donuts specializes in hot, fresh, made-to-order gourmet mini donuts covered in delicious glazes and toppings that will meet your cravings. Try one of our specialty selections and see what everyone is talking about!"

The menu includes a variety of items to help you create your own delectable donut combo specialty. There are also 12 special minis on the menu. Here are a few of those:

Sugar Addicts Mini Donuts, based in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, also offers a Donut Sundae. You can get those in Strawberry Ice Cream (see the photo at the top of this story), along with Banana Split, Oreo Ice Cream, and Peanut Butter Ice Cream. Each one is a dozen mini donuts topped with ice cream. Slushys, floats, and ice cream are also available.

The fresh, hot, made-to-order donuts are available in a half dozen, donut, or in a bucket.

Look for the Sugar Addicts Mini Donuts truck on the 1st Avenue side of Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 21 and 22, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
