3 Locals Eat at 19 Cedar Rapids Restaurants in 1 Day [PHOTOS]

They've done it again!

For the past several years, Camden Stovie and Colton Storla have been celebrating Cedar Rapids Restaurant Week in a unique way. Instead of visiting a few of the participating restaurants over the course of the ten days, they visit ALL of them. And it doesn't take them ten days, either. They eat at all the restaurants in ONE DAY!

This year, Camden and Colton weren't alone on their mission to eat at 19 restaurants in just one day. They were joined by another big supporter of local restaurants... Joe Sample!

As you can imagine, eating at 19 places in one day takes some planning. You have to consider each restaurant's hours and locations. Here is their official 2024 itinerary, including the specials they ordered at each restaurant:

6. O's Grill - Chicken Shawarma
7. The Pedaler's Fork - Surf & Turf
8. La Cantina Bar and Grill - Albondigas Al Chipotle & Margarita Flight
9. 30hop - Birria Quesadilla
10. Mezcal Tequila Cocina - Seared Scallop and Chicharrones
11. RioBurritos - Birria Tamales
12. the hip-stir - Beef Short Rib
13. Sacred Cow Tavern - Smoked Brisket Sandwich & Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pudding Shots
14. Lion Bridge Brewing Company - Braised Brisket with Maple
15. Cliff’s Dive Bar & Grill - Duck Fat Confit Filet
16. Big Grove Brewery - Steamed Pork Bao Buns
17. Chophouse Downtown - Cold Smoked Ox Tail

In case you're wondering, Camden says that he gained 14.6 pounds over the course of the day, while Joe Sample says he gained 12.6 pounds. Camden's top three favorite meals were from La Cantina, Lacayo, and Cliff's, in no particular order. Here's a look at everything they ate:
