Brain’s Favorite Kids Movie is a Disney Classic

Disney has been in the business of making animated classics for decades. Classics like The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King will be family favorites forever. But MY favorite Diseny movie is Aladdin. The film comes out on blu-ray today and needless to say, I'll be purchasing a copy! What makes Aladdin great?

Let's just start with the late, great Robin Williams. His performance as the genie is great, mainly because much of it was improvised. The diamond edition blu ray out today has outtakes from his role which should be worth the price of the movie itself. Aladdin also featured more great Disney music. 'A Whole New World' won an Oscar for best original song, and the soundtrack sold millions of copies. And lastly, I need to admit my admiration for Princess Jasmine. When I ran into her at Disney World years ago, I asked her to pose for a picture. I wish I was kidding.
