I love cheese but have never tried Limburger mainly because of its stinky reputation. Is it really as bad as I thought? In a word, YES. The smell reminds me of a stinky, sweaty, sock that you wad up and put in your mouth. The taste isn't as pungent if you can get by the smell, which as you see, we couldn't!
