Authorities Believe Missing Iowa Man May Be in Cedar Rapids

There are concerns about the welfare of this man, who's been missing since late last week.

Kyle Sitzmann (pictured above), 28, hasn't been seen since last Friday. His Facebook page shows he lives in LeMars and attended college at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids.

Deputies with the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office say he left to visit friends and that he may be in the vicinity of Cedar Rapids. KTVI reports the county's Chief Deputy Craig Bartolozzi said there are "concerns" about Sitzmann's welfare. A missing person report has been filed, but no foul play is suspected at this time.
